The Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution will offer an advanced mediation training March 21-23, 2016. Taught by Kenneth Cloke of the Center for Dispute Resolution, the training will include hands-on, skills practice; group discussion; intellectual analysis; and problem solving.
The inaugural competition will be hosted by the William S. Boyd School of Law’s Moot Court Competition Team, Society of Advocates, and Gaming Law Journal. The competition will focus on emerging issues at the intersection of gaming law and regulation.
