Program A : Western Legal History 101: Prestatehood Legal Materials: A Fifty-State Research Guide
Las Vegas is the place to learn about early legal research in the West. Three recent co-authors and a co-editor of Prestatehood Legal Materials: A Fifty-State Research Guide (Haworth Press, 2005) will speak on historical and territorial research of various Western states. They will
also share tips on writing a legal bibliography and getting it published.
