Monday Dinner (Border Grill @ Mandalay Bay)
From the Border Grill website...
Border Grill is a Las Vegas destination for locals and visitors alike in search of the bold foods and flavors of Mexico presented by chef-owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger. Opened in 1999, the spicy duo landed the perfect site for their acclaimed Mexican eatery: “...tucked into a veranda away from the casino at Mandalay Bay,” in the words of Gourmet magazine, at the edge of the 11-acre beach and water park, the restaurant is the epitome of the “waterfront cafe you never managed to find in Mazatlan.”
For more information, visit the Border Grill website.
Also, be sure to check out John Curtas' restaurant review of Border Grill for KNPR radio.
